For my client I am looking for someone who can lead the migration and guid the team for executing the plan. You should have extensive design knowledge to build automations around Kafka infrastructure and understand the internals of Kafka and administration.
Experience needed:

Migration Kafka on-prem towards AWS;

Experience with AWS Cloud;

Experience with AWS MSK and Confluent Cloud;

Open source Apacha kafka contributor is a plus.
